To assist our clients with prompt resolution of any telephone or network
related issues, it is required that clients communicate the appropriate
service request forms to our customer service department as follows:
Telephone Line Orders - Moves, Adds, Changes
- Customer
to complete Telephone
Line Order with all location information, number
assignment, and due date requests.
- Fax
completed form to Dialtone Customer Service at 847-995-0050.
- DialTone
will fax back important due date and order number information.
If you do not receive fax back confirmation within 24 hours of
your request, please call DialTone Customer Service at 847-995-1000
ext. 250.
Corporate
Plus Billing Systems
Call DialTone at 847-995-1000 ext.300 and send email to: systems@dialtonecorp.com
for any billing system problem. An engineer will call you back within
2 hours with a problem resolution.
Network and Carrier Related Outages
Normal Business Hours Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 PM CST
- Customer
to complete Trouble
Ticket Form with complete description of service
/ or billing problem i.e.. Line number with problem, describe
problem on line, numbers dialed, time & date, recording received.
- Fax
Trouble Ticket Form to DialTone at 847-995-0050.
- DialTone
will fax back important due date and order number information.
If you do not receive fax back confirmation within 24 hours of
your request, please call DialTone Customer Service at 847-995-1000
ext. 250.
After
Normal Business Hours (Carrier
Service Outages only)
(Billing
issues contact DialTone during Normal Hours)
- Contact
your Carrier Customer Services (link) directly and open trouble
ticket. Be ready to give complete details of problem i.e.. Line
number with problem, describe problem on line, numbers dialed,
time & date, recording received.
- Call
DialTone Customer Service the next day and inform of trouble ticket
information so DialTone can track ticket with carrier.
